Our quest for cleaner, healthier living really got started when we learned after having our first beautiful daughter that it would be very difficult for us to have more children. One of our greatest hopes and dreams was to have a big family, so this news was completely devastating to us, yet we were determined to do everything in our power to see the fulfillment of those dreams. Along with seeking medical treatment and help from God, we set out to learn about everything we could do to naturally boost our chances of having more children. Along the way we have learned so many things that have blessed our lives in so many ways! Whether you want to switch almost everything to clean living like we have (though it has mostly been a “little by little” process for us), or just make a few changes of things you think are the most important, we hope this list will be a help to you, or at least a starting point for you in your own research.
